VPLM has defaults against callarc et all.

Bleam sues Kipping
Kipping is being served by publication(I suppose he is avoiding being served). why is there no response from Kipping

Bleam sues Platinum Tribe Inc
No response from Platinum Tribe Inc however it shows as served. Soon I would expect some sort of judgment. Why is there no response from Platinum tribe inc.

Bleam Sues VPLM
VPLM is countersued by Bleam et all.

Both Platinum tribe and kipping are listed as shareholders in the interim report. I am sure they are aware of the case. Maybe wishing this case would go away?

The main ingredient for this case is callarc et all yet they have default against them by VPLM. So the guys that claim to have been defrauded is defaulted - shouldnt these guys be on the same side as VPLM?


Facts shown here looks like there is no merit to vplm case. Bleam is seeking huge damages.

Spec please tell me what you think other than it is irrelevant because there is Dr Tucker (God) and Patents.
