Do I have any specific mathematics to substantiate this? No. Can anyone provide evidence supporting or rejecting this? No.
If the info that the Whelans have converted debt to shares and made profit upon selling those shares into the market can be substantiated, then my question is what was done with the proceeds.
If the funds were somehow used to keep the company operation going, wonderful. If the funds were kept as personal gain, then they would have been taxed. Hopefully such activities are reviewed and hopefully they are done with so that the price of the shares can rise appropriately.
From all I see the Whelans want the company to thrive. Can't see any reason for going through all this for $250,000, $25 million or $250 million maybe, but not $250,000. Makes no sense.
