Long time lurker (since '99 on the RB board); I've kept quiet since I haven't had much to add to the discussion, it's handled pretty well as it is.

But I had to pipe up and say that I think I agree with JimLur, it's best to stay away from options if you're just trying to leverage your money for speculating purposes. The best thing that can happen to you is that you lose all your money the first time you buy calls. The worst thing that can happen to you is that you get a big winner the first time. The latter happened to me years ago and I stand before you now, wiser but poorer, having had to learn this lesson the hard way.
