Two hours before the PR came out on the upcoming conference, someone scooped up 40K expecting game changing news. While they were wrong on the content, they had inside info as to something was coming. This company has a major leak.

IN a developmental company with only a few employees,how does the CEO and COO live thousands of miles from headquarters. Might be a good question for the ASM.

Does it appear EM Photonics passed on the merger due to concerns about our product. Would have been nice to tap a revenue stream but Prather looked at the other side of the table and passed. Would you place all your eggs in one basket when Marcelli is one of the hens watching.
