Dividend warrants for VLXC no doubt in my mind will be viewed negative in the market place.

What the hell has happened to all the profits (cash) that VLXC has made? As an unwilling investor, I definitely want to see cash dividend, or cash buy back of company stocks. I do not buy the story that the company needs more cash because it is growing.

Warrants, even disguised in the form of dividend, are for the company to sell more stocks. That would further confirm that Matin is just using the company to sell more stocks... A full blown pump and dump scheme..

Matin has not replied to my E-mail for the make up of BOD.
