I spoke to people who were trying to get Matin to issue the dividend as warrants. I was told that this woould force full disclosure through the registration statement.

What we need is someone in DC to to the SEC and get a copy of the statement if it is filed as no doubt it will a paper filing and not searchable through EDGAR. The last filing was in June of '05 if I recall and that would be a good read also.
