Here it is Wednesday of the second full week of May. The market is already pricing in a delayed decision on NCE even though we have two days remaining,plus the weekend, for a potential announcement of an OB decision. The fact that the OB has not come out yet does not really effect the odds for the NCE for the next few days, although the market is apparently assuming it does.
