frankel will take control and roll in mainline land co llc into gler. if mainline actually has the assets of 37.5mil watch ocee come in an buy a 50% stake in mainline. i can sort of see what frankel and ocee are attempting to do.

a large chunk of value could slam into gler. the pps is going to have to represent that NEW value. that immediate value change is why a RM can be so profitable for traders that place bets correctly.
