The point I am trying to illustrate is along the lines of what studythosestocks mentioned. The "active moiety" of Lovaza is not even considered a cardiovascular drug while the active moiety of Vascepa is considered a CV drug by the FDA.

It seems the FDA is saying they ARE differentiated.
