Here's a definite breakout above the 50d MA

IESV... [Intrepid Technology Resourses] up about 23% today [$.048 - $.059] on triple the average volume...and no news. Yesterday's action was similar on lesser volume. Good news about municipal bond financing being concluded expected soon but not out yet, anyway this is not the reason for the move IMO. An insider purchase was reported on 12-05-2005 and may have been the catalyst. Last time this stock popped it rose from under 4 cents to a high of 18 cents.
