Too many shares outstanding to change anything, and the people that read these boards do not have enough votes to defeat the proposals.

As I said earlier, I have not decided what I am going to vote yes for and what I am going to vote no for. Just saying that the most you can hope for is seeing another BOD (Bagley) defeated. He came very close last year, and he is probably on thin ice this year too.

No matter what we vote, I believe everything will be approve, as with 99% of all proxies, for all companies, do, in the long run.
