Can lqmt get $$ from alloy from mtrn for aapl products?

No. Apple has full rights to the patents and the agreement between LQMT and Materion states only that,

"As a part of the Certified Liquidmetal Partners Program, Materion will contribute alloy production technologies in partnership with Liquidmetal and other Certified Liquidmetal Partners to ensure that customers are provided consistently high quality products and support services.

The agreement does not prevent Materion from making alloy for Apple, nor is Materion bound to pay LQMT a royalty if and when Apple orders product.

However, perhaps I'm wrong. You can ask Steipp that question on Tuesday. I already have my 3 questions ready to ask.
