WRONG...Preferred voting-ratio has NO COROLLARY upon common-share-price, it's merely an anti-takeover defense mechanism. The ONLY way to establish a relation between the value of Preferred and Common shares is IF the company's SEC 8-k filing designated the Preferred shares as Convertible and stipulated conversion rates to common shares and any adjustments given special circumstances.

But Bio-Matrix's “Series AAA Preferred Stock” are NOT CONVERTIBLE to BMSN common stock, therefore there is no legal equation with common share price.

To better understand the workings of this type of equity financing, below is a link to an 8-k which creates Convertible Preferred Shares and assigns conversion rates between preferred & common shares, to help people discern the difference between them and Bio-Metrix's NON-Convertible Preferred shares:
