I love when people repost this, the "acquisition" was signatured February 11, 2013. Meaning that Cinco is already acquired by MSJ. So what exactly is taking so long for them to put out the details on the deal that was already completed ???

Anyone with common sense knows this is BS, and that if the deal is already done it dont take 3 months to put out "details". If thats the case and they are treating their shareholders like this now, then what makes you think they will give a damn about giving you guys a dividened ?

We all know this is a scam but even is it wasnt man they show some real love to shareholders, 1 missed dividened, then they promised to make it up on the "next" one, and then no april shareholders tour ? Lots of love from the SRGE mgmt dont ya think ?
