I like the double play sizzle of both modalities happening.

If it catches on, is it lost on anyone that maybe, just maybe BIEL has nailed it here by having the patent clock start again and new patent life the result?

Also, they may wel be continuing the monthly, daily dilution to raise operating funds but folks are buying the hundreds of millions of shares too! I know it's back-a-wards, but I have a lot of patience and BIEL is only one of hundreds,perhaps thousands of firms waiting on the FDA. Wouldn't those be interesting statistical facts? How many apps, how many applicants, average wait time, cost to economy? We maintain every statistic know to mankind for baseball and every other sport, exciting or mundane, I'd love to see a truthful FDA scorecard, it would never see the light of day, I'll bet.
