OK, here is the response from Doug. Not bad, not that good but I can see that Wang is disappointed by the behavior of the local financers and soon he will take advise from people like Doug and we will all benefit. I cannot blame Wang for not wanting to make statements until all the final forms are completed. I consider this a positive response, and all this tells me that we are dealing with a company that soon will take proper guidance from experienced people and will take aggressive action to move forward.

I appreciate the information you provide. In terms of FC all I can tell you is that it has been very difficult to raise additional funds for FC. We continue dialogue with several groups however Wang has become very impatient. He has been approached by several groups from China and Hong Kong. He has been listening to their advice rather than ours. We continue to push him for greater dialogue with investors but that has not happened yet. He wants to provide investors finished results rather than progress results. The Chinese and Hong Kong advisers have not produced any substantive results so I believe in the near term he will start listening to our recommendations again. He is disillusioned by the lack of access to funds.
