So now that we all agree that the CEO is stupid I wonder seeing how this accountant was just recently hired does that mean the months prior to him coming on there's a chance we didn't pay the payroll taxes as again we were using the money that should have been set aside for taxes somewhere else. See once you have been exposed to something than its only natural to feel if he did it once who is to say it won't happen again.imo
