Excellent point and I've thought about that.

I am a trader with AZK and can/will sell at any time.

Some traders who are still holding when the purchase actually takes place may decide to just dump any HL shares that they receive, at whatever price it is that day, probably causing a healthy dip (buying opp for longs?)

Others might say to themselves, "HL shares in the low $3's, what a deal!" and continue to hold.
