Presumably that is yet to come. The a/s is still 75 million. The o/s is 40 million, according to that document. According to company info at OTCMarkets, it was 50 million as of 13 February, which is a bit odd.

Howard, the new CEO, owns 37.5% of the company. Are there any other greater than 5% owners? What about Hines? Does he still have stock? How much?

Any convertible debt? That can balloon the o/s in the blink of an eye.

Watch to see whether they do a forward split.
