If you go by the 3% rule it will have to close above 1670. Retest then go higher. To be a valid breakout. It looks like they are using the dow this time. It hasn't made it anywhere near it's redline yet.
Ultimately it could be the old adage. The Generals are last to fall.

They are keeping everyone guessing. Which is good for the boyz.But we are near the end of the markup phase. Could go on a few more months. Economy stocks Brick and mortar already rolling over.
