He never worked full time for a small company like this anyway, he has many irons in the fire. I think we can agree w/ that. He pretty much was just doing the field work,and analysis, But was out of the states often. He can still do this, but the day to desk work can be handled by someone else now. He can concentrate on what he was brought to the company for. His name is still here and he obviously thinks the property holds enough potential that he is staying on!!!!
