Not at all. FTDs occur for reasons other than naked shorting.

But you miss my point entirely: the TA was responsible for sending out those electronic credits. We're talking about a dividend payment, which isn't relevant to many of the stocks on the SHO list.

In any case, CMKX was NEVER on the SHO list, for obvious reasons.
