Goes to show our CEO would ONLY make a deal if it was truly worth it, and the RIGHT kind of deal. It wouldnt be worth issuing shares at this time for a bigger acquistion, maybe when were trading much higher. A nice acquisition for cash though, which adds immediate value, is not only extremely sound, but a SMART ”grab”
