The sentence which ends with "...around three weeks ago." In Mark's most recent blog is vague but hardly worth calling an out right lie. The sentence is vague for a reason. Most likely the reason for the vagueness is to curtail any unrealistic expectations about time as it pertains to the 211 application process.
