STLK. Best sub-penny stock PERIOD! 300 million dollar power purchase agreement (PPA) in the works to be signed with a government owned electrical utility in Costa Rica! The buyer is visiting their site on Friday and all terms of this PPA have been agreed upon. Amazing management and investor communication too!
