Another merger with a mogul that is going to turn out to be a 2 man shop operating out of a garage and will inevitable file a lawsuit against EDoorways and Kimmons. Wow! Thats great news! I swear, these guys aren't even trying anymore. Who would mergre with a company that is millions in debt and has no product? It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. Get a job and take care of you family Kimmons. This is just desperste and sad. This may just be a rumor spreap by someone who got paid in shares, trying to unload before the next finanicial report comes out. Pathetic.
