just my guess but "omega 3" fatty acids doesnt indicate use of EPA or DHA these are just any fatty acids with the structure fitting "omega 3" - and from what i know they have to form EPA and DHA through a form of reduction? or something like that

therefore its not exactly a test of vascepa whatsover
