Once the flock of rubes dried up from the Monk promotion campaign, PNTV had no choice but to enter into death spiral financing to pay the bills or simply enrich themselves at the expense of shareholders. This scam is dying a slow death largely because the company has nothing to offer and consistently fails to deliver on any promises. I figure the well is about dry.
