The AGN-150998 data will be presented Nov 16-19 at AAO. Why are you so confident that safety is not part of the problem? AGN’s CC comment excerpted in #msg-87466434 emphasizes efficacy, but it mentions safety in a boilerplate way and is sufficiently vague that safety could conceivably be an issue, IMO.
