Having an operational website is paramount.
The only thing physically available to remind s/h's that you are for real, again, is paramount.
Websites are the only thing that matters these days otherwise how is anyone to know they are a viable business.
If a company has a website then it is assumed and expected that it is operational and the company is literally 'in business'.
When they apparantly 'sell stuff' and you can't place an order from their website which is 'supposed' to sell stuff it is an absolute disaster.
Leaves one simple but crucial question to be asked.
Is this company in business or not? Typical pinky garbage.
