Lawsuits are part of business. Shoot, doctor's are sued every day for trivial BS. Chances are your primary care physician has been sued once or twice. You assume he or she to be guilty of malpractice? will you change doctor's?
Lawsuit shmallsuit! No one really knows how much validity there is to the lawsuit and we won't know until it is settled, dismissed or decided.
A PR on the application would be fantastic, yes. But, the timeline is set, it is in B&W for all to see and to date, it has been implemented as promised. There are a myriad of reasons nothing has been released. One of which very well may be that they have s*** to do and are doing it so they can get all the s*** done. There probably were some required changes and such changes have been made with the necessary follow-up in process as I type. The probability of the application being approved WITHOUT further submission required and subsequent scrutiny by the FDA is very, very low. It is a waiting game for all involved.
