That's nothing more then a reverse split for dummy's.

I still had 143 Common Shares OF ANDI!!!!!!! Boom baby if they do a 5-1 issuance like last time ANDI did this preferred dividend then I get 28 preferred C shares at 100,000 conversion into common for each share!!!!! That's 2.8 million shares @ .001 right now that is $2,800 for my .28 investment @ .002. lol But don't worry about the inflated value at all because Dustin will take care of ANDI. Now that he is gone, oh what happens to all of that value that was put on the books for nothing? (sarcasm)
