they already took the steps, they can issue another cool 250m shares at will.
there is nothing more than way too many shares out there for a company that has less revs than some dual income houses. until they get robust orders, its going to move little because they are constantly introducing new shares into the float right after announcements.
people here can blame anyone they want or believe there is a conspiracy, its really straight forward. I have seen it dozens of times, its very risky here, anyone who says different is bias or dont understand dynamics of what this company is doing.
call it like I see it, been around too many similar situations. when they really make something happen, thats when real money moves in.
