I think that JF has the situation in good control since his back ground was in VC. I do not think he would make any stupid mistakes. The truth is what kind of start up companies get the standard type financing up front??? Not many if any. So this type of financing is required for the most part for a company in the position as GZFX. This is normal in my mind for us at this stage of the game. Could it be a bad deal for us??? Of course. It can be good too.

The real question is what other options were available for GZFX in regard to financing for GZFX at this stage of the game??? I think this is the best we can do under the circumstances. It is not like JF purposely passed up a better financing deal just to get this one. What matters the most is what we do with any money borrowed regardless of who we borrow it from. With deals like CC in the future the revs will out weigh the early financing options we choose today. As long as we are on track for aggressive growth the financing issue will be muted in time.

The "Jim B" wrecking crew is just playing the fear card... and they are playing it hard. I would be more concerned about their motivation here than the questions they are trying to raise. They are here for a reason... not holding GZFX stock and bashing it hard raises every red flag I have.

We need to keep eye on the ball, not the diversions being used on the board to make us focus on old unanswerable subjects.
