Our buyer is sitting on the diving board trying to decide whether to jump in with both feet or just dip his toes in the water with the DOW down 70+ and the NAZ down 1+.

He's made a couple of runs to the end of the board but stopped short of plunging 'all in'.

He'll be checking the water again later.
