Thanks Postyle for putting this in proper perspective. I realize that Mueller has a different agenda. Do you have any guess as to what our SEP would bring under a court ordered FRAND with this recent judgement providing a backdrop as to reasoning and calculation? Looks as if the patent holder received 1/20th of what was asked and that is troubling. Somewhere, and I can't remember where, there was mention of probable frand rates for SEP settling in the $.50-.60 range. Thanks again regarding the .035 rate-it had me very worried.
