In this time of industry overcapacity and falling sales, they elected at the last minute to not ship a completed design with firm orders from several OEMs that had qualified the board.

But sometimes, if the threats are serious enough, and you can't afford to risk losing your other sales, you have to knuckle under to extortion.

It happens.
