I Don't get the bonus for ANI And Bpax Exc's , They all failed to produce revenues to do what corps are supposed to do,
Make money ! I own a small privately owned Co since 1988, If i earn, i take a pay check, If i don't , I do not receive any compensation.......IMO and it should be very obvious, these publicly owned Co's treat shareholders money as if its their own, They hype up the Co doing PR's with little to no real value , Just Hype, and then screw their shareholder.
If i take someones money with the understanding it will be invested in the Company, I would at the very least inform the shareholders at all times what is going on....And not lie ! is that too much to ask 4 ??
How does it make any sense that either CEO is entitled to a BONUS ?? How ? They failed.
Its possible the SEC is pushing back ! This is a gross misappropriation of stockholders value ! Nothing less
Both CEO's should be ashamed of themselves for taking a dime from their shareholders. They did not earn it ! Mr Simes, Is this a Brooklyn Do over ? We both know that you are not acting in the shareholders best interest........Keep your money in Bpax and don't take a dime from us , until they combined Co starts making money ! Take a look at ANI balance sheet , Art P the CEO of ANI does not deserve a dime either, The bakery in town showed more value on their balance sheets.
This is not equal equity , not in shareholders benefit. Where is the rest of our assets ??
