JTFM, I'm sorry to say my friend but at this point you are not being shareholder friendly. You are trying, maybe unknowingly, to confuse what is going on. Please stop making these silly comments. The statement is about series D preferred stock. The only way ANI can then convert those to Common Shares is IF Biosante shareholders vote YES to issuing shares to ANI.

Listen to me JTFM....vote NO on issuing these shares and give us a fighting chance to have these guys restructure the deal. These guys are after only one thing GOLDEN PARACHUTES!!!
