MTS- Thanks for your time and input. The news that the President of nok was at the hearing, I think, shows that their next move was not set in stone,ie-appeal.Based on the probable favorable ruling for IDCC that seemed to be evident and the ridicule the judge had for nok's approach could not be lost on even the most loyal soldier. Remember Ollila is on his way out-would expect some sort of discussion with IDCC on where the two are headed. Good luck longs!
