Ericsson is a party to the EU 3G IPR complaint. Do you seriously think they will license with InterDigital for 3G, while the entire 3G IPR valuation model is being contested? I think it`s naive to expect any Tier 1 3G license prior to global resolution of the "reasonableness" issue, pertaining to 3G IPR royalty rates.
