Typically you would be correct that dilution is not necessarily a bad thing. The issue here is the way the company is selling without any let up or breather they could have easily have gotten the same money with half the shares diluted if they did it slowly at a higher price and not this kind of death spiraling dilution at such a fast and aggressive pace....I was here longer than most when it was trading mid 0.01's (and way before as well 0.006 I feel I know a thing or two about this stock) they could have held that level.
