ASUS nightmare continues. ASUS laptop was returned for second time via Best Buy and this time they just reset the os to factory settings, which is what I did the first time I dealt with their online troubleshoot.

Best Buy is basically washing their hands of the whole thing and telling me go to complain to ASUS if the service is not satisfactory. Nice attitude. Anyway I will contact ASUS and see what happens. If all else fails I will have to try fixing it myself. Needless to say that if we get to that ASUS and BEST BUY will be on my blacklist (and that of all my cult followers) forevermore and well assured of never ever seeing my credit card number again.
