it says "In the past 3 weeks, the Company has acquired the necessary items to start building the infrastructure to allow production to begin."

Didnt specifically say when production would start, plus it appeared to me after that that they focused most of their time n Peru IMO.

I dunno man i just dont see all the red flags that you seem to see. Is their questions, yes but not to many to worry about IMO.
