I do not believe that .In my opinion a few shareholders were following there mighty leader. This leader was playing ANDI market maker with his large sum of shares .I believe he sold into the hands of the many he recommended to buy and bought many as he put up massive ask walls causing many shares to be dumped into his bid. It was working good for him for a couple of years until very recently.
