As for the basher you have recently engaged, I gave up along time ago. I have reminded him/her that each time the "proven scam" line is used, it just restarts the statute of limitations on the continuing acts of libel. He/she has never posted a link proving anything. It does remind me, this should be another item on the agenda when we meet.
