Since early August of 2009, a few of us KNEW that IDOI was a non-entity!
Too bad that when the Raysayers started posting here, everybody didn't take off their blinders and do some deep due diligence and discovered that IDOI was just another run-of-the-mill investment game designed to fleece the sheep. Could have saved some folks a few bux.
Please explain where youse got your data about 60,000,000 IDOI common shares in the float. The last 10k informed us that the total authorized shares were in the 20 million range and that all but about 4k had been issued. If facts are important, youse needs to get them straight and not make them up. The pps is probably headed to $00.0001 if the company is not sustainable.
And, YES, it is possible to revive the company and convert it into a different type of business, I suppose. But who is going to do that? The thespian ceo is happy enough reaping the rewards of being a sophisticated investment gamer whose business is selling sewer stock certs for fun and profit. Somebody in the magnet business could buy the company as a shell for almost nothing and creatively utilize the accumulated deficit to write down against profits in their magnet game, maybe.
Not to worry about Uncle Milty; I have been reading his posts on a couple of manipulated investment games and know that he will continue to ring the alarm bells again, perhaps for a new "find" in the field of fraudulent stock-selling---there are thousands of potential discoveries to be made out there in the world of OTC BB USA. All IMHO.
