Schwab street smart platform, I haven't sold any yet but I did put a sell order at a higher price to see if it would let me and it would. Schwab said I would have to sell some or all then I can get the legal opinion from Pershing $300.00. Schwab said they would send me some paperwork to send to Pershing for the legal opinion. All this info is from the Schwab Restricted share dept.
