gulf shores, which brokerage please? Sounds like you are still restricted if you need the letter yet before doing what you wish with your shares.

At this point, if I understand you correctly, you've only just separating from the jumbo certificate -- which does not convey flexibility to sell.

Just puts you in the lawyer letter queue.
