But my second point was that they were "smart" to dump when they did, but only because we now know how the promo went. I would assume that the insiders would have expected the pps to go up with the promo starting and that they could sell into the gains. Of course the big dump day would come, but not 20 minutes into the promo. I'm going out on a limb here, but I don't think that insider dumping caused this.
